Our Farm
Discover the allure of "The Mann House," an eye-catching estate built in 1835, renowned locally for its historic charm and unique architectural features. This nearly two-hundred-year-old captain's house, along with its beautifully maintained grounds, stands as a proud testament to the resilience and timeless beauty of period architecture.
One of the most captivating characteristics of The Mann House is its two symmetrical front doors. The Herd
In the heart of Winter 2023, Kennington Farms began an exciting new chapter with the arrival of our first alpacas — Rosie, Jodi, Aussie, and Buffy — each bringing their own personality, charm, and plenty of smiles to our farm. They quickly became part of the Kennington family, filling our days with warmth and joy.
The OG Alpacas were followed shortly thereafter by Fluffy, a spirited and endearing addition who fit in right from the start.
Fast forward to spring and summer 2024, when Opal, Juliet, and Jacinta arrived, followed soon after by the birth of two new cria - Ruby and Charlie, who have grown into curious, affectionate members of the herd.
Today, our alpaca family stands at nine, each one a treasured member of our growing farm community.
As we continue to expand our herd and deepen our connection with these remarkable animals, we’re excited to share the journey with you. Visiting Kennington Farms is more than just seeing alpacas — it’s an immersive, hands-on experience where you can meet them up close, learn about their care, and enjoy the peace and beauty of our surroundings.
